13/January/09, 8:02am - Easy 3 miles + stairs (20 flights) (repost from Facebook)
I discovered that there is no such thing as an "easy" run when you add stairs into the mix. Today's workout was a 1/4 mile jog, then alternating 5 flights of stairs with 1 mile at or below my marathon pace. 20 flights and 3 miles later and I am now at work getting ready to start my day.They say you feel a workout the next day, well tomorrow brings another 3 miles of running. Thank goodness I have an place indoors to run, I have never been able to run on a treadmill.
