Run #6 - Easy 3 miles + stairs (20 flights)

Good morning world. With a sick kid at home, I left the house at 4:45am for my morning workout at the YMCA. The weather was a balmy 9 degrees with a windchill of 3. At least my workout is inside this morning. The run and stairs went well. Again, I staggered the stairs between each mile, which made starting each mile tough. It should help in the long run with the Flying Pig signature hill up into Walnut Hills. The last mile was tough though after 3 sets of stairs. I can feel the burn in my legs from the stairs and the run. My next goal is to find someplace where I can do multiple flights at a time.
