Today was pretty uneventful in the world of running. I came home from church and did my easy 3.3 miles in the neighborhood. Kim, a friend of mine and a pastor youth grouper, came out and ran the first loop with me. We started a little after 1:00pm and it was a sunny and 50 degrees.
On the last mile of the first loop, the girls joined us and ran the biggest part of the mile. They would run ahead and then wait for us. They each gained another mile no their "Hog Log" for the Flying Pig Kid Marathon. I ran the second loop solo and Kim and Laurel walked the mile section of the loop while I finished up.
Kim, thanks for coming out and running with me. The next run will be on your turf. <(-;p
